Yesterday was my feast day! I ate quite a bit of calories. I extended my feeding period from 6:30am to 8pm. I'm resetting my fast today and will start eating at around 1:00pm.
We are on week 2 of our IF journey and I'm going on TDY today. So far, our fasting period has been from 7pm at night to 12pm the next day. That's 17 hours of fasting! Since I'll be on TDY, I have to change up my fasting period, but instead of breaking my fasting period and making it shorter, I plan on making it longer. I plan on fasting all day today for the first time since we started this journey. Fasting all day today will allow me to start my "feeding" 7-hour period tomorrow morning. I'll be able to eat the free breakfast at the hotel and the lunch that will be provided by the contractor and not have to worry about dinner. I haven't done evening fasting yet, so we will see how it goes. It's 7AM and my stomach is rumbling. But I feel ok so far. Overall....I feel great. Fasting until 12PM is not as hard as it sounds. I do feel that my body is regulating. I don't feel that my mood is swinging as much and is not as dependent on food as much as it...
I was able to make it the whole day fasting yesterday. I actually had quite a bit of energy last night and wasn't too hungry. This morning, I woke up not hungry, but very weak. My new eatjming window for today is going to be 6:30AM to 2: 30PM
